Is my financial information secure?

Absolutely. We utilize Quickbooks to link directly to your bank accounts and any information you need to share with us is sent through our secure portal using bank grade security.

How often will I receive financial reports?

We reconcile your account every month and provide up to date financial statements as soon as the prior month closes. If you require customized reports or more frequent cash flow analysis we are happy to accommodate.

Can you work with my existing accounting software?

We primarily work on Quickbooks Online and can work on Quickbooks Desktop that is client hosted. If you are currently utilizing other software, we can convert you to Quickbooks online during the onboarding process.

Will I lose control over my financial data?

No, you own your Quickbooks subscription and invite us using accountant access. You keep the account and data if you ever decide to move on.
